The Hasil s.r.o. Company was established in Slovakia as a commercial production company in 1998 and as asubsidiary of the HASIL a.s. Company in the Czech Republic. Its arrival at the Slovak market has thus satisfied the demand for products aimed at ensuring the fire safety of buildings.
The Hasil s.r.o. Company as one of the first in Slovakia has expanded production of solid fire doors by adding fire glass doors and walls. The company has confirmed its ambitions by expanding into further material commodities; wood and aluminum.
Gradually such as sound and smoke proof characteristics along with resistance to burglary and others were added to the original fire proof properties. Thus an integrated system was created which offered different levels of fire resistance and material variations of fire closures.
A design, by which the fire resistant panels for building openings matched customer requirements, have been added to the advanced technical solutions of fire resistance. The Hasil s.r.o. Company has thus been able to accommodate non-traditional and aesthetic requirements.
In addition to providing transport and assembly of products within its own capabilities, the HASIL Company began offering consultation in the field of building fire protection and providing post-warranty services for its products.
In 2004, as the entry into the European Union facilitated international trade, the HASIL Company got an opportunity to further penetrate the European markets. Year 2005 was a turning point when the company became part of the transnational Mercor S.A. Group.
HASIL s.r.o has a head office in Bratislava, the Capitol of the Slovak Republic. We offer products of our three divisions that make fire doors, smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems and building fire protection components. Fire resistant doors include wooden doors, steel doors, steel sliding gates, sectional doors and different versions thereof. Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems include roof lights with integrated smoke vents, window-based smoke exhaust systems and fire dampers. Building fire protection components include the Pyroplast intumescing coating system and Vermiculux fire protection board system.
As a member of the Mercor SA Group we are proud of our last year’s (2010) achievements as follows. Recorded sales revenues were 385.21 million Euros and net income of 11.40 million Euros. It has a workforce of 849 employees.
