Hospital and policlinic in Stara Lubovna – a reconstruction

The hospital in Stara Lubovna was asking for reconstruction for quite some time. Half of the complex is located in a historical building and the other half in a fast built pavilion. As fast the pavilion was built as fast it started deteriorating and also increasing its capacity was an inevitable step. The way to reconstruction was opened by contributions from Euro funds. Total costs for reconstruction were 3.8 million Euros. The Hasil Company joined the Noves Company and together they formed a strong general supplier for the site. A total surface area of 240 m2 of wooden and 165 m2 of aluminium structures made this one of significant constructions in 2011. Construction was divided into several phases and the last phase is planned for the beginning of 2012. The specialty of this project is the multitude of automatic openers and sliding mechanisms that make transport of patients in beds easier.

BD Skalna – Hradny vrch (Castle Hill)

Currently, the completion of the second phase is taking place when steel doors are being installed in the building named ”Rezidencia Hradný Vrch na Skalnej ulici (Castle Hill Residence on Rocky Street)“. The building is located in the historical center of Bratislava by the tram tunnel. It has above standard flats with a polifunctional area on the ground floor. Because it is a more luxurious complex, high demands were placed on the selection of bidding suppliers. During the first and second phase, the Hasil Company supplied and installed fireproof and non-fireproof steel doors with a total surface area of 263 m2. During the third phase, which will end in January 2012, we will deliver aluminium structures with a total surface area of 27 m2 and 11.1 m2 of wooden doors.

Straznicka polifunctional center

The building is located on Straznicka Street in the Old Town. The building is in the first phase of construction given for use in 2007. The new building is planned to have 20 above standard flats, three of them on the mezzanine. The investing Plural Invest Company succeeded in squeezing six areas intended for business operations into one small area. Seventy two parking spaces under the building offer the solution to the parking problem of business owners and flat tenants. The I.K.M Reality Staving Company of Banska Bystrica, a general supplier that also completed the first phase, started the construction in August 2010 and plans on finishing it in April 2012. The Hasil Company’s range of supplies is characterized by demand for above standard structures such as glazed aluminium with a total surface area of 132 m2 having fire resistance EW30-EI60 especially for business areas and entrance lobbies. Fire resistant steel and wooden doors will be part of the building’s garage and social areas. Our part of work will finish in January 2012.
