Machine factory in Hrinov
At the present time a reconstruction of the building “Machine Factory of Hrinov” is taking place in Hrinov. Supply and installation of fire resistant aluminium walls with a total surface area of 27 m2 is planned for the end of January 2012. Their will have fire resistance EW 15. Our business partner is the investor Hrinovske strojarne (Hrinov Machine Factory).
Multifunctional complex Central
It is located in the wider part of downtown Bratislava on the border of city districts Ruzinov and Old Town on Mileticova Street. This large complex consists of a shopping center, modern offices, quality hotel, fitness center, green park on the shopping center’s roof and underground parking. The dominating part of the Central will be a building 82.5 m high intended for administration. Part of the complex will also be the shopping center with over 140 shops on 4 floors. There will also be the hotel with the most modern standards, relaxation park on the shopping center’s roof and fitness center with a 25-meter swimming pool. The IMOCAP Group, a building company, made its plan in the broadest sense. The expected rental area is 19,000 m2. The tallest administration building SO.03 will have 21 floors. The hotel’s capacity will be 230 rooms and managed by a famous German hotel company Lindner Hotels & Resorts with more than 50 years of experience. Parking for tenants and visitors will be on 4 underground levels. The builder of this huge complex is IMOS Brno Company. The Hasil Company will partake in this big project in January 2012. We will supply steel doors for the SO.01 building – over 150 garages with fire resistance up to EW90 and steel doors with fire resistance EW30 to EW60 for the SO.03 building. The investor expects the completion of individual buildings between summer and autumn 2012.
Administration center REDING II in Bratislava
The Reding Tower II consists of two modern buildings for offices and businesses. The buildings are interconnected by a large underground garage. They are located in the northeastern part of Bratislava, a city district called Krasnany. The YIT Reding Company is a contractual partner. From March to June 2011, we will deliver and install solid smooth partially glazed steel doors with a total surface area of 110 m2 for technical rooms and fire escape stairways. Sectional aluminium single doors with fire resistance S/C were designed for sanitary areas. Aluminium walls with side skylights, transom windows and non-symmetrical double doors with fire resistance EI45D1/C ~ EI60D1/C. The total surface area of separating aluminium structures produced by the Hasil Company will reach 320 m2.
