Our company bid this production plant reconstruction of its training center. In November 2010, our company won the tender to supply aluminium enclosures and our supplies took place from December 2010 to January 2011. For the reconstruction we delivered 30-minute fireproof and non-fireproof aluminium structures with a total surface area of 126m2. The aluminium structures filled the remaining openings of the plant, which started to be renewed back in 2007 when our company changed 35 fire resistant wooden doors.

Another production/storage hall of the Uniform Color EU Company rose up in an industrial park about 10 km from Trnava and direct connection to D1 highway. The hall with an overall area of 14.8 thousand m² is ranked among major projects of this kind. The Hasil Company bid as a general supplier of fireproof and non-fireproof enclosures. In the final phase at the end of the tender and after specifying exact supplies, we supplied the construction with steel doors having a total surface area of 200 m². Fire resistance of the steel doors is from EI 30 to EI 60. Our business partner was the Goldbeck Company.

Billa’s regional warehouse in Presov – Petrovan

The Hasil Company participated in an integrated supply of fire safety equipment for Billa’s regional warehouse Presov – Petrovany. Our business partner was the Hornex Company, which was also a general supplier for the warehouse. It was a supply of glazed aluminium structures with a total surface area of 15.6 m2 and steel doors with fire resistance EW 30 D1 up to EW 90 D1. The total area of these doors was 65.6 m2 of the overall supply. Also standard fire resistant wooden doors having a total surface area of 19.9 m2 were supplied. Custom supply included 4 fire resistant gravity gates EW 60 with a total surface area of 60.8 m2. The Hasil Company also provided solid glazing with fire resistance EI 90 plated with promat boards thus making the supply integrated. The total price of the order was 44,312,- Euros.
