City Gate Bratislava

The City Gate building is a unique national cultural landmark that is located in the very historical center of Bratislava. The PSJ Hydrotranzit Company was a contractual partner. From February to June, 2009, solid smooth steel doors for corner doorframes in technical rooms and solid smooth doors with hidden self closing mechanisms for lined doorframes in the communication center were delivered and installed. The total surface area was 250m2. Frameless walls fully glazed with tempered safety glass without fire resistance and with sliding doors. The total surface area was 250m2. Frameless walls and fully glazed with tempered safety glass, horizontally sliding doors and folding walls having fully glazed design without floor lead or fire resistance were designed and delivered for separating individual rental areas in the commercial gallery. The total surface area covered was 250m2.

Polyfunctional Manhattan Center

The 26-floor 87 meters tall dominant building is located near the crossroads of Racianska and Pionierska streets in Bratislava. The general contractor that has built it is ZIPP Company in Bratislava. The work lasted from 2007 to 2010.There are 161 flats in the building. There are polyfunctional areas on the ground floor and three underground levels serve as parking for the owners of the flats. The BKPS Company in Bratislava, responsible for architectural design, designed the main entrance area into the building where you can find a pleasant reception with automatically sliding glazed aluminium doors. Also social areas on the floors have been designed in an above-the-standard spirit, and the project has not missed even a minor detail such as a social room for the tenants on the 2nd floor. From March 2009 to July 2010 the Hasil Company provided two vertically sliding fire resistant gates EW30 31m2 for the subterranean areas of the Manhattan building. For the floors above the ground level we have furnished aesthetic fire resistant glazed aluminium walls with a surface area of 195 m2, which not only protect the residents against fire, but also minimize the noise of moving elevators. Steel doors with fire resistance EW30-EI60 close entrances on each floor that lead to the fire escape stairway. This type of fire resistant steel doors is part of installation shafts for electrical wiring and hygiene in the entire building. Total surface area of the steel doors was 507m2.

The Pearl of Ruzinov

The Pearl of Ruzinov is considered a prestigious polyfunctional complex by the European standards. It is designed for residence and business. It is located only 5 minutes away from the town’s center and it is easily accessible by car. The construction was planned in two phases. Additional four towers are planned for the future. After the construction is complete, a convenient residential area will appear. During the first construction phase, the Hasil Company provided steel doors that were mostly for shafts and technical rooms and had a total surface area of 252 m².
